Classes can be purchased at our studio with cash, check, or credit card. Classes may also be purchased through our MindBody App.

Class Descriptions
Ashtanga Primary Series uses a precise sequential order of postures linked by breath. Every classes followes the same sequence, allowing the practitioner to explore all limbs of yoga. Movement, sun salutations & breath are key components. This is an advanced class with requires both strength and flexibility. There are over 90 poses, in addition to 10 sun salutations and over 30 vinyasas. The Primary Series focuses on fowarding bending.

Ashtanga Secondary Series uses a precise sequential order of postures linked by breath. Every classes followes the same sequence, allowing the practitioner to explore all limbs of yoga. Movement, sun salutations & breath are key components. This is an advanced class with requires both strength and flexibility. There are over 95 poses, in addition to 10 sun salutations and over 20 vinyasas. The Secondary Series focuses on inversions, twists, and backbends.

Chair Yoga Mix This class is designed specifically for those with physical limitations. Modifications are always offered so that the needs of each student are met. Students move through postures while seated in a chair and also while standing while using the chair for support and balance as needed. The class also places an emphasis on fostering greater mind body awareness. This is a 60 minute class.

Dynamic Flow Fast paced Vinyasa style class with more unusual choreographed sequences. Suitable for intermediate to advanced students.

Gentle Yoga includes mindful, slow paced floor poses, seated postures, spinal twisting, standing postures, gentle back bends, and deep breathing. This class features a slow paced intergration in the beginning of class and a long savasana at the end of class. Props will be used when needed. This is an ideal class for those new to yoga, as well as the experienced student who enjoys this gentle approach to their practice. No experience is required.

Yoga with a Twist is a fun, gentle yoga class, but with a twist. Learn to move your awareness inward for peace, be gentle with yourself when needed, and move more toward your edge when appropriate. In this class, we laugh and come together to enjoy whatever the students bring!

Integrative Yoga is a non flow yoga class that includes intermediate level floor, standing, and reclined poses, linked with breath. Sun Salutations are often included in this practice. More advanced and more gentle options are offered in class. Props will be used as needed and alignment will be discussed. All levels of students are welcome in this class.


Meditation is an easy, yet profound way to nurture your spirit and cultivate a sense of inner balance and peace. During meditation, you'll learn to consciously turn within, and connect with your True Self, that place of inner wisdom and understanding. You'll discover the ability to meet the daily challenges of life in a mindful and present way, calling on the power of love, compassion, forgiveness and gratitude as your guides.

Mindful Movement is a Kripalu inspired Gentle Hatha class. This is an ideal class for those new to yoga, as well as the experienced student who want to be refreshed on the basics. Props will be used when needed. No experience is required.

Prenatal Yoga will provide safe and beneficial yoga postures for the pregnant woman, with emphasis on adapting your yoga practice throughout pregnancy. The focus is on opening the hips, breathing, and meditation in preparation for the birth process. Shoulder and back release are also practiced. Basic childbirth edcuation and comfort measures are discussed. This class is open to women throughout prenancy from 6 - 42 weeks.

Slow Flow want to start to strengthen your practice but not sure you could manage a 75 minute flow class then this is the next step. Modifications and a lot of instruction offered to be able to safely move through a vinyasa style class. Suitable for all levels

Yoga for Every Body is a gentle yoga class for women with every body type. Class includes stretching and movement that is accessible to Every Body, and not just for the fit, firm and flexible. Class designed for women with the more rounded body and achy joints. Class will include stretching, strength building, and relaxation.

Yoga Fundamentals Although targeted towards the beginner student this class would suit any level. If you've ever wondered what the poses are strengthening or stretching or how to go a little more into a pose, this is the class for you.

All classes are 75 minutes in length, unless otherwise noted.  Namaste.

Weather Cancellation Policy
We follow West Chester Area School Districts cancellations. 
If WCASD has a two hour delay, all classes that start prior to 11:00 will be cancelled. 
If WCASD cancels after school activities, we will cancel evening classes.
On the weekends, we will determine if we are holding classes two hours prior to the start of classes.
Any class schedule changes will be posted on our website, on our Facebook page, and in MindBody.
